Honest Cotton is looking for a Store Manager to lead our first storefront — someone who loves beautiful, thoughtfully made clothing and knows how to create a shopping experience that feels genuine and unhurried.
What you'll do
You'll run the day-to-day of the store: opening and closing, managing inventory, occasionally fulfilling e-commerce orders, and making sure everything looks its best on the floor. You'll support a small team, setting the tone for how we show up for customers. You'll also work closely with ownership to share what's resonating, what's selling, and what the community is responding to.
What we're looking for
- 2+ years of retail management experience, ideally in women's apparel or lifestyle brands
- A natural with people — customers and team members alike
- Detail-oriented and organized, especially around inventory and scheduling
- Someone who takes ownership and doesn't need to be micromanaged
- Genuine appreciation for quality, sustainability, and slow fashion

Part-Time
Honest Cotton is looking for a part-time Sales Associate to join our Laguna Beach team. If you love beautiful, thoughtfully made clothing and genuinely enjoy helping people find something they love, we'd love to meet you.
What you'll do
You'll be the face of Honest Cotton on the floor — welcoming customers, sharing the stories behind our pieces, and helping people find what's right for them. You'll also help with receiving inventory, keeping the store looking its best, and pitching in wherever the team needs you.
What we're looking for
- Previous retail or customer service experience (apparel is a plus)
- Warm, approachable, and great with people
- Reliable and takes pride in the details
- An eye for style and an appreciation for quality, sustainable fashion
- Availability on weekends is a plus

Honest Cotton is looking for a Retail Associate to join us at the Round Top Antique Show this fall—October 5-19. We are seeking someone who embodies the Honest Cotton brand, can relate to shoppers, and is both highly outgoing and organized. Although we would love to find someone who can work the entirety of the show, any availability is helpful. Don’t be shy about pitching the dates you’d be interested in working. Food within the work hours (9am-6pm) will be provided. Lodging will be provided for those working more than one consecutive day.
- Offer collection and promotional information to shoppers.
- Tag and restock inventory as it is sold.
- Maintain an inspiring, tidy, and organized environment.
- Assist customers with styling and/or trying on needs.
- Get BTS content to be used for social media (professional equipment is not required).
