Return Policy:

Honest Cotton will accept returns of full-price unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise purchased on our website for a full refund within 30 days of the original ship date.

You can initiate all qualifying returns through your customer account—login using your customer account email or email you checked out with. You will be emailed a code upon login attempt.

If you would like to initiate an exchange within the qualifying timeline, please email support@honest-cotton with your order number and associated product information.

Honest Cotton reserves the right to reject a refund or exchange for any damaged or visibly worn returns.

All orders containing face masks, sale, sample sale, and promotional offers listed as final sale are non-refundable and will not be accepted if returned.

Original shipping costs will not be refunded on any returns or exchange.

Honest Cotton will not be responsible for lost returns and will not contact mailing services on behalf of the customer.

Refunds or exchanges will be processed within 1 week of being received.

Honest Cotton will not honor request for price adjustments on previously purchased orders to accommodate future sales or promotions.
